Lawyer Cemre Parmaksız CEMRE PARMAKSIZ'S CASE IS ALSO IN THE SPOTLIGHT According to journalist Emrullah Erdinç's report, Cem Duman is also in the spotlight regarding the case of lawyer Cemre Parmaksız, who lost her life in an accident while visiting an inmate in prison in 2020. Cemre's family brought the incident to court as a "work accident." However, despite working with her, Duman denied responsibility and appealed, stating that it was "not a work accident."
LAST MONTH'S SALARY HAS NOT BEEN PAID EITHER According to the witness statement in the case file and the family's claim, it has been revealed that Cemre Parmaksız's last monthly salary was also not paid. Cemre had told her friends that she wanted to leave the office shortly before the accident. However, in the accident that occurred while going to the prison in a 1986 model vehicle under Duman's instructions, both Cemre and Duman's relative Enes Duman lost their lives.
For someone who constantly emphasizes "justice and law," denying responsibility in such a serious incident revealed the contradiction between their words and actions.
