In a written statement from the Qassam Brigades, it was emphasized that they are fully committed to implementing every item agreed upon in the agreement, particularly the ceasefire to be established in all areas of Gaza. The statement included, "We have no information about any incidents or conflicts occurring in the Rafah area in the southern Gaza Strip. These areas are defined as 'red zones' under the control of the occupying forces."
The statement also included the following remarks: "Since the resumption of war in March of this year, our groups remaining there have lost contact. Since that date, we have received no information regarding whether they are alive or not. Therefore, we have no connection to any incidents occurring in these areas. Even if someone is still alive, we cannot communicate with our fighters there."
