The incident occurred at around 08:15 yesterday in the Çınar neighborhood. According to claims, an argument between the two brothers over an unknown reason quickly escalated into a knife fight. Bayram Bozkurt attacked his brother Mücahit Bozkurt with a knife. Muhammet Mücahit Bozkurt was injured after receiving knife blows to various parts of his body. Upon notification, emergency medical and police teams arrived at the scene.
HE LOST HIS LIFE
Muhammet Mücahit Bozkurt, determined to be seriously injured in the incident by health teams, was taken by ambulance to Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital. Despite all interventions at the hospital, Bozkurt could not be saved.
SUSPECT CAUGHT
Police teams affiliated with the Bağcılar District Police Department launched an investigation into the incident. Based on the statements of the parents, the elder brother Bayram Bozkurt was quickly caught along with the knife used in the attack. Meanwhile, the deceased Muhammed Mücahit Bozkurt was laid to rest after the noon funeral prayer in Bağcılar today.

Local shopkeeper Arif Aksu said, "The police, crime scene investigation teams, and his father came. The police handcuffed one and took the body of the other. They said both are brothers."
