After the recent controversy on MasterChef Türkiye, Çağatay Doğanoğlu, who was expelled from the studio, returned in the new episode. Çağatay, tearfully apologizing to Mehmet Yalçınkaya, asked for forgiveness by kissing the chefs' hands. Chef Mehmet comforted the contestant by saying, "I forgive you, you are a young man."

In the new episode of MasterChef Turkey, tensions rose. Çağatay Doğanoğlu, one of the ambitious contestants of the main cast, became the center of attention due to both falling into the elimination pot and the intense argument he had with Mehmet Yalçınkaya. The moments when Çağatay was taken out of the studio, shown in the program's trailer, caught the viewers' attention as he angrily walked towards his chef.

In the episode aired on Friday evening, September 26, the last voting of the week was held with the elimination council. Barış, who received the most votes in the council, became the sixth elimination candidate of the week. Meanwhile, after the tension that occurred, Çağatay returned to the studio and apologized to Chef Mehmet in front of the entire team.

"I CROSSED THE LINE"

The contestant made an emotional speech and said, "Chef, I don't know where to start. I can't even name what I did. If I say disrespect, or if I say rudeness, it would be an understatement. I am aware that I crossed the line. I went too far and disrespected you greatly. You are a teacher, you are a father. I wanted to come here and apologize to you. No matter the outcome, I want to kiss your hand."

CHEF MEHMET: I WAS HURT AS A MASTER

In response to Çağatay's apology, Chef Mehmet stated, "There were accumulated issues in the incident that happened yesterday. We warned you multiple times. The reason for my outburst was not just yesterday. As a master, I was hurt by your actions. We have a master-apprentice relationship here. I may have a harsh attitude, but it is not personal; it is a matter of the job. Throughout my life, I have worked hard not to lose young people, and I have no limits to the reprimands I have given. You cannot change me because all our warnings are for the job, not personal."

HE COULDN'T HOLD BACK HIS TEARS

After Chef Mehmet's words, Çağatay ran and kissed his hand. Yalçınkaya comforted his student by saying, "Don't take it to heart." Then, after kissing the hands of the other chefs as well, Çağatay succumbed to his emotions and couldn't hold back his tears.
