Rumeysa Kadak, a member of the AK Party and a graduate of Oxford University, responded to allegations of favoritism by stating, "I am on a scholarship." It has been revealed that the cost of the program she attended is 2 million 662 thousand lira, even with the highest scholarship rate.

AK Party Istanbul MP Rumeysa Kadak completed her master's degree at Oxford University with the "The Scholarships for Women" program. In response to allegations of "favoritism" regarding the graduation photos she shared on her social media account, she stated, "I earned a scholarship that a maximum of 4 people could benefit from."

THERE IS NO FULL SCHOLARSHIP OPTION

According to a report by Sözcü; the information on Oxford University's website revealed that the average fee for the program is 121,000 pounds (approximately 5 million 324 thousand TL).

The program does not offer a full scholarship option but provides two different scholarship options. The first is a scholarship program called "Forté Foundation," which offers a discount of 37,500 pounds exclusively for female students. The other is called "Club MBA," which provides a 30% discount on students' tuition fees.

THE LOWEST FEE OF THE PROGRAM IS 2.6 MILLION TL

Students benefiting from the first scholarship need to pay 3 million 674 thousand TL in Turkish Lira, while students benefiting from the other scholarship must pay 2 million 662 thousand TL to Oxford University.
