In an incident that occurred on a passenger bus in the Karakoçan district of Elazığ, a fight broke out between local shopkeepers and bus drivers. The altercation was triggered when a passenger urinated on the wall, leading to physical assaults between the shopkeepers and drivers. The owner of a market stated, "One of the drivers said, 'There’s a gun in the sleeping area, bring it, I’ll shoot him in the head, I’ll burn down your shop.' Is this a mountain top or are you bandits? And they say they were attacked on my bus."
The reason for the fight that broke out among the tradesmen, bus drivers, and assistants in the Karakoçan district of Elazığ has been revealed. It was learned that a passenger who got off the bus urinated on the wall, and the fight broke out after the tradesmen reacted to the situation.
The incident occurred in the Yolçatı area of the Karakoçan district. According to the information obtained, the passenger bus with the license plate 34 AT 4949, which was en route from Muş to Bursa, stopped briefly for a passenger who wanted to go to the restroom. The passenger who got off went behind the wall and began to urinate. In response, Mehmet Baydaş, the owner of a market, expressed his reaction by stating that the place where the urination occurred was a house and said that there was a restroom further ahead.
A FIGHT BROKE OUT BETWEEN THE PARTIES
While Baydaş was talking to the driver, the assistant came and attacked Baydaş. A fight broke out between the parties. The other driver entered the market, took a metal rod from beside the stove, and joined the attack. Mehmet and Gıyasettin Baydaş, who were injured and received a medical report, reported the situation to the gendarmerie and the police and filed a complaint.

Mehmet Baydaş, who narrated the incident, said, "The bus stopped. A passenger got off. He started to urinate at the entrance of the house near the stairs. He was a young person. I warned him, but he continued anyway. I warned the assistant and the driver. I explained it nicely. It is shameful what you are doing. I said I have my house, my mother, father, and siblings upstairs. I warned them politely. I didn't see the rest."

The assistant started hitting from one side and the driver from another. They had sticks in their hands. In fact, one driver entered and hit me with the stove's pipe. Then they say they attacked us. They assaulted us. We also have medical reports. We filed a complaint.
