The footage recorded by the Dara Base, which will reveal Narin's killer, has been obtained.

13.11.2024 18:11

In the investigation of the Narin Güran murder case, images from the base area were obtained, where Father Arif Güran claimed that he would unravel the mystery of the murder during the trial. Father Güran stated that the footage recorded by the cameras in the base area showed the entrances and exits of the village, saying, "The solution lies here: did Narin enter the house or not at the moments she went missing?"

In the case of the murder of Narin Güran in Diyarbakır, the fixed camera footage from the Dara 2 Military Base requested by the defendant's lawyers regarding the day of the incident has been accessed.

FOOTAGE WILL LEAD TO THE KILLER

When the minutes in the footage from the Dara 2 Military Base match the moment Narin went missing after leaving school, it will clarify whether Narin went to her own home or to the house of the detained suspect Nevzat Bahtiyar during those minutes. This footage will determine where Narin was during those critical minutes and will lead to the killer.

IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE CAMERA NAMED "SHAHINGOZ" DID NOT RECORD

In the first hearing of the murder case of Narin Güran in Diyarbakır, the footage requested by the defendant's lawyers regarding the day of the incident was viewed. It was determined that there was footage recorded between 15:05 and 15:11 on the fixed camera at the Dara 2 Military Base, while the camera named "Shahingöz," which father Arif Güran claimed would clarify the incident, did not record. It was stated that the camera named "Shahingöz" at the Dara 2 Military Base was only used for live intervention from the center when there was movement related to terrorism.

THE SECOND HEARING IS ON DECEMBER 26

The first hearing of the case regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, in which four detained suspects are being tried with the request for aggravated life imprisonment, was held recently in Diyarbakır. The court panel accepted the request of the complainant Arif Güran and his representative, the Diyarbakır Bar Association, and the Ministry of Family and Social Services to join the case, rejected the request for the brother Baran Güran to be added as a complainant to the file, decided to include the footage from the Dara region (Martyr Gendarmerie Specialist Corporal Bilal Dicle Observation Point) in the file, accepted the request for detained suspect R.A. to be heard as a witness, and decided to write to the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to obtain a detailed supplementary report showing which methods, which base data were used, which devices were used, and what criteria were followed in preparing the narrowed base report in the file, as well as indicating the possibility of a margin of error. The panel ruled for the continuation of the detention of the suspects, considering the possibility of fleeing, hiding, and not being caught, and postponed the hearing to December 26.
