Euroil, which operates approximately 100 fuel stations in 29 provinces of Turkey and announced concordat in April, sold 20% of the company's shares to ICU Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc.

The fuel brand Euroil declared bankruptcy in April. The Istanbul Anadolu 3rd Commercial Court granted the company a 3-month temporary injunction, while Euroil sold 20% of its shares to ICU Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc. Euroil Energy received 120 million TL from this sale.

THE COMMISSION WILL EVALUATE

Euroil Energy operates nearly 100 fuel stations, mostly in rural areas. It is also known that the company has storage facilities in Mersin, Gaziantep, and Kırıkkale. After the sale, a 3-member bankruptcy commissioner committee appointed by the Istanbul 3rd Commercial Court will make a new assessment of the company's financial statements in July.
