Fenerbahçe Club has reached an agreement with Emlak Konut GYO for its land in Ataşehir. According to the agreement, the club will receive an advance payment of approximately 90 million Euros on the total amount. With this advance payment, Fenerbahçe plans to fully pay off its debt to the Banks Association.

The Super League giant Fenerbahçe has reached an agreement with Emlak Konut Gayrımenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı for its land located in Ataşehir.

90 MILLION EURO INCOME

According to the news by Yağız Sabuncuoğlu; Fenerbahçe Club will receive an advance payment of approximately 90 million Euros (3.975 billion TL) based on the total amount of the agreement, and with this money, it will completely pay off its debt to the Banks Association.

NEXT TO ÜLKER SPORTS HALL

Fenerbahçe's land in Ataşehir is located next to the Ülker Sports and Event Hall. The land was transferred from the Ülker Group to Fenerbahçe in 2018.
