In the accident that occurred in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, the unlicensed driver Timur Cihantimur, who caused the death of Oğuz Murat Aci and fled abroad, along with his mother Eylem Tok, will be extradited to Turkey. Upon receiving the news of the extradition, Murat Aci's father, Özer Aci, could not hold back his tears while appearing on the tv100 screen, stating, "This morning I went to my son and told him, 'Rest easy, they will pay for this.'"
In Istanbul, the court issued an extradition decision regarding Timur Cihantimur, who caused the death of Oğuz Murat Aci while driving a vehicle without a license.
THE DECISION WAS ANNOUNCED BY MINISTER TUNÇ
Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç announced the decision on his social media account, stating, "We will continue our necessary efforts regarding the extradition of the suspects from the USA to our country for the realization of justice."
TEARS OF A GRIEVING FATHER WHO HEARD THE NEWS
Özer Aci, the father of Murat Aci, who received the news of the extradition, could not hold back his tears while expressing his feelings on the tv100 screen. Describing the process after the accident as "brutality," the grieving father said, "An accident can happen, but what happened after the accident is brutality, inhuman. I was not alone; there were many people who shared my pain. Our state officials, our Minister of Justice, our President were concerned about this incident and followed up. This morning, I went to my son and said, 'rest easy, they will be held accountable.'

Aci stated that the news brought water to their hearts, saying, "When I hear the name, the tip of my nose tingles. Until now, I couldn't properly look at the television. While I was wondering how it would be in a tired state, the news that came yesterday brought water to our hearts."
