The grieving father protested at the hospital door: My baby died here.

The scandals surrounding the 'Newborn gang' that has taken over Turkey's agenda are unending. In the prepared indictment, the baby killer gang, which has been held responsible for the deaths of 10 babies so far, may reveal that there were even more deaths when their activities are examined retrospectively.

Patients and babies from Reyap Hospital, whose license was revoked and mentioned in the indictment, were transferred to public hospitals. Cemil Imrak, the father whose baby was born in 2021 and was transferred to Reyap Hospital in Esenyurt with a diagnosis of respiratory failure, stated that he was charged 5,000 lira in cash for a heart examination during the treatment process. When father Cemil Imrak wanted to transfer his baby, who was taken to intensive care, to another hospital, he claimed he was prevented by being told, 'your baby may die on the way.'

"THEY DIRECTED US TO REYAP HOSPITAL"

The grieving father, speaking to the press, said, "Another hospital directed us to Reyap Hospital. We came here, our baby stayed for 2-3 days. On the third day, Fırat Sarı said, 'the baby's condition is good.' On the fourth day, they said it was getting worse. They called us and said, 'we may lose him, but he may also hold on to life.'

"IF YOU TAKE HIM FROM HERE, WE MAY LOSE HIM ON THE WAY"

Father Cemil Imrak, who stated that he was asked for 5,000 lira, said, "They said the heart doctor would come and check. We gave the money in cash. The heart doctor said there is no problem with the heart, but the blood is not circulating in the vessels. They said the vessels are blocked and the blood is not circulating. I said if necessary, let's take him to another hospital, we will do our best. They told me, 'we are doing our best here. If you take him from here, we may lose him on the way.' They instilled the fear in us that our baby would die."

"MY BABY PASSED AWAY HERE"

The father who lost his baby continued his words as follows:

"The baby stayed here for 4-5 days. They called us and said your baby has passed away, may you rest in peace. The baby was supposed to stay in the incubator here because he was having difficulty breathing. My baby passed away here. I do not forgive them. I will defend my rights until the end."
