The grieving mother, Ülker Kundakçıoğlu, addressed the suspect in her child's murder, saying, "The last thing I heard was my child's scream when he was shot. Who would want this? "I LAST HEARD MY CHILD'S SCREAM"
Mother Ülker Kundakçıoğlu stated in a program she attended on TYT Türk, "I heard my child's scream. I last heard the sound of my child screaming when he was shot. Which mother would want to hear this? Now this child (the suspect Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu) is coming up with a lot of things to distort justice. You went and shot him intentionally. You shot him with all your heart," she expressed.
ALEYNA AND CANBAY FILED COMPLAINTS AGAINST EACH OTHER
Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, who was arrested in the investigation into Kundakçı's murder, filed a complaint against her ex-boyfriend Vahap Canbay for charges such as "death threats, stalking, attempted deprivation of liberty, disturbing the peace." It was learned that rapper Vahap Canbay also filed a complaint against Kalaycıoğlu and her mother for "defamation and insult."
WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 19, in the Sıddık Street of the Tatlısu neighborhood in Ümraniye, Istanbul, Kundakçı, who was sitting in a parked car with a friend, was seriously injured when one of the suspects who arrived at the scene in two vehicles fired a gun, and he later died in the hospital.
In the operation carried out by the Istanbul Police Department's Public Order Branch, eight suspects, including singer Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu and Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, who was determined to have fired the gun, were captured.
In the operation conducted by the Homicide Bureau, the suspect who carried out the attack, Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu's father B.K., and singer İzzet Yıldızhan were also detained.
After the suspects completed their procedures at the Istanbul Public Order Branch, they were referred to the courthouse.
Among the suspects brought to the prosecutor's office at the courthouse, B.K. was released after his statement, while Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, İzzet Yıldızhan, Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, M.R, H.C.A, M.K., and E.T. were referred to the peace court with a request for their arrest.
The other suspects A.Ö. and Z.K. were released after being subjected to judicial control measures by the peace court to which they were referred after their statements.
The court decided to arrest the suspects Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, İzzet Yıldızhan, M.R, H.C.A, M.K., and E.T.
