Landlords living in the same building as their tenant, who has been living alone in the Izmit district of Kocaeli, reported to the police after not hearing from him for 12 days. The apartment, entered with the help of a locksmith, was found empty. An operation has been initiated to locate the tenant, who has been residing at the same address for approximately 1.5 years.
About 12 days ago, the landlord, who has not heard from Tuncay C., who lives alone on the top floor of a three-story building in the Izmit district of Kocaeli, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched to the address.
THE APARTMENT WAS EMPTY
Police teams, who entered by opening the door with the help of a locksmith, found no one in the house during their inspection. A search has been initiated to locate Tuncay C., who has been residing at the same address for approximately 1.5 years.
"WE ARE WAITING FOR NEWS FROM HIM"
The landlord's grandson, Mustafa Kubilay Ergün, stated that they could not reach their tenant Tuncay C. by phone, saying, "We haven't heard from him for about 12-13 days. We have made the necessary applications. The teams came to the house and checked, but it was understood that he was not home. We still cannot hear from him, we are calling him but cannot reach him. We are waiting for news from him."
