In Beşiktaş, 67-year-old Erdoğan Ş., who shot and killed 70-year-old Ferşat Tellioğlu during a dispute over a park issue and was subsequently beaten to death by Tellioğlu's relatives, has been arrested along with three others and sent to prison. It was learned that Erdoğan Ş. stated in his testimony, "I took out my gun and fired randomly because I was afraid I would be beaten. After that, I was beaten, I don't remember."
In Beşiktaş, during a dispute over parking, Erdoğan Ş. (67) shot Ferşat Tellioğlu (70) with a gun. Tellioğlu, who was seriously injured, died in the hospital. Erdoğan Ş., who was beaten by the relatives of the deceased, and four suspects who assaulted him were taken into custody. Among the suspects sent to the courthouse, Erdoğan Ş., A.B. (28), V.A. (32), and C.A. (39) were arrested by the court, while H.A. (62) was released under judicial control. It was learned that Erdoğan Ş. stated in his testimony, "I took out my gun from my waist and fired randomly because I was afraid I would be beaten. After that, I was beaten, I don't remember."
The incident occurred on Friday, February 13, around 11:00 AM in the Dikilitaş neighborhood. According to the information obtained, a dispute arose between Ferşat Tellioğlu and Erdoğan Ş. over parking a vehicle. As the argument escalated, Erdoğan Ş. fired at Tellioğlu with the gun he had with him. Tellioğlu, shot with the gun, collapsed to the ground in a pool of blood. After the incident, Tellioğlu's relatives arrived at the scene and attacked Erdoğan Ş., who was inside the vehicle. Erdoğan Ş., who was beaten inside the car, was later pulled out of the vehicle, laid on the ground, and beaten for a long time with kicks and punches in the middle of the street. After being dragged on the ground for a while, Erdoğan Ş. became motionless due to the blows he received. Neighbors who heard the sounds of the gun and the fight reported the situation to the police and medical teams.
DIED IN THE HOSPITAL
Ferşat Tellioğlu, who was taken to the hospital in critical condition, could not be saved despite all the interventions of the doctors. Erdoğan Ş., who shot Tellioğlu, was taken into custody after his treatment in the hospital. The Beşiktaş Patrol Teams Command initiated a comprehensive investigation regarding the incident. During the investigations, A.B., V.A., C.A., and H.A., who were involved in the fight, were taken into custody. The gun used by Erdoğan Ş. to shoot Tellioğlu was seized, and during searches at the attacker's home, one unlicensed pistol, four magazines, and 506 rounds of ammunition of various sizes were found.

Onlookers recorded the parking dispute with a mobile phone camera. The footage shows Ferşat Tellioğlu lying injured on the sidewalk, while his relatives are seen attacking Erdoğan Ş., who is inside the vehicle. The moments when Erdoğan Ş. was beaten with kicks and punches after being pulled out of the vehicle, and when he became motionless after being dragged on the ground for a while, are also captured in the footage.

The suspects taken into custody were sent to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station. Erdoğan Ş., A.B., V.A., and C.A. were arrested by the court. The suspect H.A. was released under judicial control. It was learned that Erdoğan Ş. stated in his testimony, "I told them to move the car. I honked the horn and said to clear the way for me to pass, and we started arguing. I took out my gun from my waist and fired randomly because I was afraid I would be beaten. After that, I was beaten, I don't remember."
