Offal and remains from sacrificial animals were thrown into irrigation canals in the Yüreğir district of Adana. Neighborhood residents rebelled due to the bad smell and health threat.
On the 3rd day of the Sacrifice Feast, disturbing images came from Adana. Unconscious citizens who sacrificed animals during the Feast of Sacrifice threw the offal into the irrigation canals in the Akarcalı neighborhood of Yüreğir district.
FILLED WITH SACRIFICIAL OFFAL
The irrigation canals in Akarcalı neighborhood were overflowing with sacrificial offal and remains. A bad smell emerged in the canals where many remains, especially the skins and internal organs of the sacrificed animals, were thrown.
NEIGHBORS REBELLED
As the people living in the neighborhood rebelled against the situation, those images were recorded by cameras.
