A citizen expressed his outrage, stating that he received a fine of 9,200 TL on a route where he saw speed limit signs of 70, 50, and again 70 km/h, spaced 300 meters apart on the same road. The video of the citizen recording his reaction on his mobile phone quickly went viral.
