The indictment contains striking details! Uncle Salim Güran sent a message to a sex worker after Narin's murder.

In the investigation of Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in a stream 19 days after going missing in Diyarbakır, an indictment has been prepared. The indictment requests aggravated life imprisonment for the detained suspects: uncle Salim, mother Yüksel, and brother Enes Güran, as well as their neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, for the crime of "intentional murder of a child in complicity."

"THE FIRST OFFICIAL REPORT WAS AT 20:43"

The indictment, prepared by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and consisting of 12 pages, was submitted to the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court. It was stated in the indictment that the first official report regarding Narin Güran's disappearance was made around 20:43 on August 21 by her brother Baran Güran, who called the 112 Emergency Call Center. Following this, it was reminded that a thorough search operation was conducted by specialized law enforcement in Tavşantepe Neighborhood and its surroundings to find Narin Güran as a "missing child case."

IT WAS REVEALED THAT THEY TURNED OFF THEIR PHONES

No one has yet confessed to the brutality and details of the murder that Turkey is talking about. However, the obtained HTS records and evidence are focusing on uncle Salim Güran, mother, and brother. It was revealed that family members turned off their phones from the afternoon hours when Narin went missing until the hours when she was determined to have been killed. Later, it was learned that the phones were turned back on and all records were deleted.

SALIM GÜRAN SENT A MESSAGE TO A PROSTITUTE AFTER NARIN'S DEATH

It was stated that uncle Salim Güran left his residence at 14:52 and was around Narin's house until 16:10. Uncle Güran, who deleted all data, call, and message records from his phone, explained this situation in his statement by saying, "I was meeting with prostitutes." According to HTS records, it was determined that after Narin was murdered and her lifeless body was buried in the stream, the uncle sent a message to a prostitute to clear himself.

"THE MESSAGE WAS STILL ON THE PHONE WITHOUT BEING DELETED"

The indictment included the following information regarding the matter: "In the voice recording contents of Salim Güran, he made statements to the gendarmerie personnel about seeing an old red car belonging to gypsies in the village and facilitated a search in the houses of relatives of Nevzat Bahtiyar in Çarıklı Neighborhood, indicating that from the first day, he was part of an organization to hold only Nevzat Bahtiyar responsible in case of a possible negative situation, as the fact that the vehicle in which Nevzat Bahtiyar left the body was an old model red car clearly revealed this issue. In the technical examination conducted on the suspect's phone, it was noted that he could not explain the deletion of records he deemed important on the day of the incident in the recording program on the device, the deletion of WhatsApp records, and in his last defense, his statement about meeting with prostitutes was a defense developed against the act of record deletion. To confirm this situation, it was also determined that he sent a message to a person considered to be a prostitute after the day Narin's lifeless body was buried, and the fact that this message was found on the phone without being deleted strongly supported this situation.
