The killer of a 47-year-old mother of two, who has been missing for 6 days in Erdemli district of Mersin, was captured by the gendarmerie after it was revealed that she was murdered in a summer house. The incident took place in a summer site on Sebaste Street in Ayaş Yemişkumu Neighborhood. Derya Demir, a 47-year-old math teacher and mother of two, has not been heard from her family for 6 days. Despite the searches, Demir, who could not be found, was found dead in a summer house across from her father's house in the site. Due to the bad smell coming from the furnished summer house, the door was opened by a locksmith called by the family members of the missing woman. When the door was opened, the lifeless body of the missing teacher was found. After the examination by the gendarmerie and the prosecutor, the lifeless body of the woman was sent to the district state hospital for autopsy and then to the Mersin Forensic Medicine Institute. It was determined that the woman was stabbed to death in the autopsy. In the investigation conducted by the teams, it was determined that Demir, who was single, had a male friend named M.O. who was a teacher at a private course center. It was revealed that the suspect stayed in a boarding house in the same neighborhood where the body was found for 5 days and left the area on the day she went missing. USED THE WOMAN'S CREDIT CARD FOR SHOPPINGThe suspect M.O., who was found to have made purchases and withdrew money twice from the credit card of the murdered mother of two teachers, was captured in Konya in an operation carried out by the gendarmerie. The suspect, who confessed to the murder, was brought from Konya to Erdemli district of Mersin and his statement was taken by the gendarmerie. The suspect was then taken for a health check and sent to the courthouse. Meanwhile, it was reported that Demir's funeral will take place in her hometown of Karaman.
