The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) imposed a fine of 342,000 TL on Bursaspor due to insulting chants directed at Leyla Zana during the Somaspor-Bursaspor match. İYİ Party Gaziantep Deputy Mehmet Mustafa Gürban covered the entire amount of the fine from his own account. Gürban announced the payment by sharing the receipt on his social media account.
Bursaspor faced penalties imposed by the Professional Football Discipline Board following the TFF 2nd League Red Group match played away against Somaspor.
PENALTY FOR BURSASPOR 'LEYLA ZANA'
The Professional Football Discipline Board, affiliated with the Turkish Football Federation, penalized Bursaspor fans for chants containing insults directed at former HDP MP Leyla Zana during the Somaspor-Bursaspor match in the TFF 2nd League. In this regard, the PDFK imposed a fine of 342,000 TL on Bursaspor.
