CONSUMER WILL UNDER PRESSURE
With these inspections conducted for the discount periods where consumer grievances have increased; it was aimed to prevent the manipulation of consumers' shopping preferences by creating a false perception of discounts through shadow prices that are shown to be excessively high in a misleading manner, the perception that discounts are made higher than they actually are, and the perception that the discounted price is valid for a very short time, which leads to the inability to conduct a proper needs-benefit analysis due to marketing practices that put consumer will under pressure, thus preventing waste caused by the unnecessary and inefficient use of our country's economic resources and establishing fair market conditions in a stable economy and competition to prevent potential harm to consumers and other companies from unfair competition.
