The 6-year-old Şirin Elmas Hanilçi, who was missing for two days in Istanbul and whose lifeless body was found in Feriköy Cemetery, was laid to rest in her hometown of Şanlıurfa amid tears. Those attending the funeral placed wedding dresses and daisies on Şirin's grave, while her relatives demanded the execution of the killer.
The body of 6-year-old Şirin Elmas Hanilçi, who had been missing in Istanbul, was found in Feriköy Cemetery. In the investigation conducted after the murder, it was determined that Şirin was killed by 49-year-old waste collector M.Ö. The detained Örün confessed to committing the murder and was arrested by the court to which he was brought.
YOUNG ŞİRİN WAS BURIED IN ŞANLIURFA
After the autopsy performed in Istanbul, Şirin's body was brought to her hometown Şanlıurfa. After the funeral prayer held at Şanlıurfa New Asri Cemetery, the lifeless body of the little girl was laid to rest amidst tears.
CALL FOR THE DEATH PENALTY FROM RELATIVES
Wedding dresses and daisies were placed on the little girl's grave. Relatives, who embraced the grave, were overwhelmed with tears and demanded the execution of the killer.
