The matches in which the foreign VAR referee will officiate have been announced.

The Vice President of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), Mecnun Otyakmaz, made a statement regarding which matches the foreign VAR referee will be assigned to in the Super League.

"WE WILL BASE IT ON IMPORTANT MATCHES AT FIRST"

Mecnun Otyakmaz, the Vice President of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), stated in an interview with NTV, "Although we have trusted Turkish referees, due to recent speculations and to motivate them a bit, despite being against foreign referees, we have opened our doors to a foreign VAR referee to address the requests coming from below and to prevent some polemics. Our work is ongoing, and I believe we will likely switch to a foreign VAR referee this week. We will assess according to the need. At first, we will base it on strategically important matches. Later, we can also evaluate matches that will be significant for both the championship and the relegation zone."
