The Ministry of Trade, which concluded that some clothing and accessory products sold in the market pose health risks after conducting examinations, has decided to recall three more products from the market. The ministry specified the products along with their brands and also explained the reasons for the lack of safety.
The Ministry of Trade announced to the public through the 'Unsafe Product Information System' about some products identified as unsafe by authorized organizations conducting market surveillance and inspection. Recent inspections revealed that some clothing and accessory products are hazardous to health.
"IMMEDIATE RECALL" INSTRUCTION
The Ministry announced that it has banned the use of these products and decided to recall them from the market. It was emphasized that the products identified as unsafe pose a threat to user health and must be recalled immediately for public safety.
HERE ARE THE PRODUCTS AND RECALL REASONS
According to the list dated February 10; a recall decision was made for 3 more products. 2 children's clothing items and 1 smart watch strap were banned. Accordingly, it was stated that the "Cmr" brand "C-105 Model" smart watch strap contains nickel above the limit value. The "Tyess" brand children's clothing item was also found to have a problematic cord. The Ministry explained the reason for the insecurity as, "There are three-dimensional decorations at the end of the drawstring." Another product that was banned from being marketed and recalled is the "Zeyno & Memo" brand baby romper. The Ministry indicated that the snaps of the product are problematic.
