HERE ARE THE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS;

  • Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey and reside in Turkey
  • Be between the ages of 18-29 as of the application date (must be at least 18 years old and not yet 30 years old)
  • Not be an owner or shareholder of real estate
  • The average total income of the couple for the last 6 months and the total income for the last month must not exceed 2.3 times the minimum wage
  • As of the application date, there must be at least 2 months and at most 6 months until the official wedding date
  • Commit to benefiting from and participating in the training and counseling services offered by the ministry before marriage
  • Commit to participating in the training services offered by the ministry after marriage within 2 years
  • Even if pardoned; there must be no final conviction for crimes against state security, constitutional order and its functioning, crimes against sexual inviolability, drug or stimulant production and trafficking, facilitating the use of these substances, purchasing, accepting or possessing drugs or stimulants for use, or using drugs or stimulants
  • Must not have previously used a loan under the project.
