The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted to the unfounded claims targeting Turkey in some resolutions adopted by the European Parliament. In the statement, it was said, "We call on the European Parliament to take constructive steps for Turkey-EU relations instead of being used as a tool for efforts against our country and attempting to interfere in our internal affairs."

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs made a statement regarding unfounded claims targeting Turkey in some resolutions adopted by the European Parliament.

STRONG RESPONSE TO THE ALLEGATIONS

In the statement, it was noted that the resolution on the situation in northeastern Syria ignores Turkey's role in helping Syria stand on its own feet again and in establishing stability, and it was advised that the European Parliament should make more effort to understand the realities on the ground and the expectations of Syria and the Syrians, rather than making wrong and malicious decisions.

"NO FOREIGN INSTITUTION CAN INTERFERE IN OUR JUDICIAL PROCESSES"

In the resolution regarding the "targeted expulsion of foreign journalists and foreign Christians in Turkey," it was emphasized that the claims regarding freedom of expression and religion in Turkey do not align with the facts, and it was stated that no foreign institution, including the European Parliament, can interfere in the judicial processes conducted in Turkey.

"INSTEAD OF INTERFERING IN OUR INTERNAL AFFAIRS..."

The statement recorded the following: "These resolutions also contradict the spirit of efforts to improve Turkey-EU relations. We call on the European Parliament to take constructive steps for Turkey-EU relations instead of being an instrument of efforts against our country and attempting to interfere in our internal affairs."
