A neighbor who did not want a car to be parked in front of the apartment where he lived in Kocaeli unleashed terror with a gun. Two brothers were injured by the bullets. As the attacking neighbor fled the scene, it was learned that one of the brothers was in serious condition.
At around 01:30 in the İnönü neighborhood of Çayırova district in Kocaeli, blood was shed during a parking space fight. The driver of the vehicle with license plate 34 DGS 990, Emre Ö. (34), and his older brother Muhammet Ö. (35) wanted to park across the street because they couldn't find a spot in front of their house.
SHOTS FIRED IN PARKING SPACE FIGHT
A person living in the apartment across the street, whose name has not been learned, told the two brothers not to park there, leading to a dispute between the parties. The argument quickly escalated into a fight. As the fight grew, the suspect went into his house, grabbed his gun, and fired at Muhammet Ö. and Emre Ö., who was in the car at the time.
ONE OF THE BROTHERS IN SERIOUS CONDITION
Muhammet Ö. was shot in the leg, while his brother Emre Ö. was injured in various parts of his body. Emre Ö. tried to escape by driving the car but crashed into a parked truck on the same street. Neighbors who heard the gunshots reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center, while the suspect fled the scene. Muhammet Ö. received first aid from health teams and was taken to Gebze State Hospital, while his brother Emre Ö. was taken to a private hospital in Gebze. It was learned that Emre Ö.'s health condition is serious.
