The delegation, which includes Ahmet Türk, first visited the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Numan Kurtulmuş, and then the Chairman of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahçeli. "WE WILL VISIT THE AK PARTY ON MONDAY"After the meetings, Sırrı Süreyya Önder made a statement and also mentioned when they would meet with the AK Party. Önder said, "I believe we will visit the CHP, AK Party, and all parties represented in the Parliament on Monday. The timing of this will be shaped by appointments. After making all these visits, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation as a delegation. Therefore, we are not doing a Q&A." THE PROCESS STARTED WITH BAHÇELİ'S CALLThe process began with the call made by MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli on October 22. In his statement at the MHP's Group Meeting in the Grand National Assembly, Bahçeli said, "If the isolation of the terrorist leader is lifted, let him come and speak at the DEM Party Group Meeting in the Grand National Assembly, proclaiming that terrorism has completely ended and the organization has been dissolved. If he shows this determination and resolve, the legal arrangement regarding the use of the 'right to hope' should be made, and the way for him to benefit from it should be opened wide." Shortly after this statement, Devlet Bahçeli called for permission to be granted to the DEM Party delegation to go to İmralı.
