The 20-point Gaza Plan announced by U.S. President Trump has been accepted by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. Within the framework of the plan, it was announced that former British Prime Minister Tony Blair would also serve on the Peace Council to be established for the reconstruction of Gaza. Hamas, on the other hand, referred to Blair as "the brother of the devil," declaring him a persona non grata.

U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a joint press conference following their meeting at the White House. Trump announced that the 20-point "Gaza Plan," aimed at ending the war in the Gaza Strip, has been accepted by Netanyahu.

Trump stated, "I want to thank Netanyahu for accepting the Gaza Plan. If we work together, we can put an end to the death and destruction that we have seen for years, decades, and even centuries. We can open a new chapter of security, peace, and prosperity for the region."

TRUMP AND BLAIR TO BE PART OF THE PEACE COUNCIL

Trump mentioned that one of the most important points of the plan is the establishment of a "Peace Council," which will be an international oversight body. He stated that he would chair the council, noting that this request comes from both Arab countries and Israel.

Trump announced that world leaders would be part of the council and revealed that former British Prime Minister Tony Blair would also be among the members. Trump also expressed that the council would collaborate with the World Bank and would be responsible for forming and training a new government composed of Palestinians and international experts.

THANK YOU FROM BLAIR TO TRUMP

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who accepted to be part of the Peace Council, described the plan as "brave and wise" in a statement.

Blair said, "President Trump has put forward a plan that, if agreed upon, could end the war, provide immediate relief to Gaza, offer a brighter and better future to its people, guarantee Israel's absolute and permanent security, and ensure the release of all hostages. This presents us with the best opportunity to end two years of war, misery, and suffering. I thank President Trump for his leadership and determination."

Blair also noted that Trump's decision to chair the Peace Council is a significant sign of confidence in Gaza's future, stating that it strengthens the possibility for Israelis and Palestinians to find a path to peace.

HAMAS DESCRIBES BLAIR AS THE BROTHER OF THE DEVIL

Husam Bedran, head of Hamas's National Relations Office, referred to Blair as "the brother of the devil," stating that he is an unwanted figure in the Palestinian cause.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The White House had announced U.S. President Donald Trump's proposal titled "Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict," consisting of 20 points.

During a joint press conference with Netanyahu, whom he received at the White House, Trump stated that if the plan is accepted by the parties, the "war" would end immediately, Israel would gradually withdraw from Gaza, a new process without Hamas's role would begin in Gaza, and all prisoners would be released.

Netanyahu also expressed support, stating that the plan "achieves the war objectives."
