After the meeting, details of Donald Trump's Gaza Plan were shared with the public by the White House.
"ISRAEL WILL NOT OCCUPY GAZA"
The plan includes the following points: "Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza, the region will be demilitarized. Hostages will be returned. If both sides accept the proposal, the war will end immediately. Trump will oversee the transition period in Gaza."
A MAP WAS ALSO SHARED
Additionally, a map foreseeing Israel's withdrawal from Gaza was shared. The meanings of the colors on the map are as follows:
Blue line: The current control line of the Israeli army
Yellow line: 1st withdrawal line
Red line: 2nd withdrawal line
Striped area: 3rd withdrawal / Israeli security zone
HERE ARE THOSE POINTS
The items of the 20-point Gaza plan presented by U.S. President Donald Trump to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are as follows:
1) Gaza will be a region free from radicalism and terrorism that does not pose a threat to its neighbors.
2) Gaza will be rebuilt for the benefit of its people.
3) If both sides accept the proposal, the war will end immediately; Israeli forces will halt all operations and gradually withdraw from Gaza.
4) After Israel publicly accepts the agreement, all living hostages and corpses will be returned within 48 hours.
5) After the hostages are returned, Israel will release several hundred Palestinian security detainees who received life sentences, as well as more than 1,000 Gazans detained since the beginning of the war, along with several hundred corpses of Palestinians.
6) After the hostages are returned, amnesty will be granted to Hamas members who commit to living together in peace; members wishing to leave Gaza will be granted safe passage to accepting countries.
7) After this agreement is accepted, aid will flow to Gaza at a level not below that specified in the January 2025 hostage agreement - 600 aid trucks per day, allowing for the repair of critical infrastructure and the entry of debris removal equipment.
8) Aid will be distributed by the UN and Red Cross, as well as other international organizations not connected to Israel or Hamas, without interference from Israel and Hamas.
9) Gaza will be governed by a temporary transitional government composed of Palestinian technocrats tasked with providing daily services to the people. The committee will be overseen by a new international structure that the U.S. will establish in consultation with its Arab and European partners. This structure will create a framework for financing the reconstruction of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority completes its reform program.
10) An economic plan will be created that includes bringing together experts experienced in building modern Middle Eastern cities and considering existing plans to attract investment and create jobs.
11) An economic zone will be established with discounted customs duties and access rates to be negotiated by participating countries.
12) No one will be forcibly removed from Gaza; however, those who choose to leave will be allowed to return. Additionally, Gazans will be encouraged to stay in the region and will be offered the opportunity to build a better future there.
13) Hamas will have no role in the governance of Gaza. It will be committed to the destruction of all military infrastructure intended for attacks, including tunnels, and to cease their construction. The new leaders of Gaza will commit to living peacefully with their neighbors.
14) Regional partners will provide security guarantees to ensure that Hamas and other groups in Gaza comply with their obligations and that Gaza does not pose a threat to Israel and its own people.
15) The U.S., along with Arab and other international partners, will work to establish a temporary international stabilization force that will be deployed immediately to oversee security in Gaza. This force will establish and train a Palestinian police force that will serve as a long-term internal security body.
16) Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza and will gradually hand over its existing territories as the security forces taking over ensure control and stability in the Gaza Strip.
17) If Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above points will be implemented in areas free from terrorism, and these areas will be gradually transferred to the international stabilization force by the Israeli army.
18) Israel agrees not to launch attacks on Qatar in the future. The U.S. and the international community recognize Doha's significant mediating role in the Gaza conflict.
19) A process will be established to de-radicalize the population. This will include interfaith dialogue aimed at changing perspectives and narratives in Israel and Gaza.
20) As the reconstruction of Gaza progresses and the Palestinian Authority's reform program is implemented, conditions may arise for a reliable path to achieving a Palestinian state, as desired by the Palestinian people.

21) The USA will initiate a dialogue aimed at determining a political future for peaceful coexistence between Israel and the Palestinians.
