The 2025 Notary Fee Schedule prepared by the Ministry of Justice has been published in the Official Gazette. Notaries will charge a fee of one per thousand of the sale value of the property when they prepare a property sale contract. This fee cannot be less than 500 lira and more than 4,000 lira, depending on the value of the property. Notaries will charge a writing fee of 61.12 lira for each page of the original and copies given to the client, as well as for the remaining copy kept in the office.
According to the relevant articles of the Notary Law, notaries will charge a fee equal to 30% of the fees they receive under the Fees Law for the transactions they perform. This fee cannot be less than 44.56 lira for a notarial transaction. When notaries prepare a property sale contract, they will charge a fee of one per thousand of the sale value of the property. This fee cannot be less than 500 lira and more than 4,000 lira, depending on the value of the property.
WILL PREPARATION FEE 2,016 LIRA
A fee of 2,016.38 lira will be charged for the preparation of wills and foundation deeds. Withdrawal from transactions or their termination, cancellation, and modification will be subject to a fee of one-third of this amount. In a transaction where a preparation fee is to be charged, the higher of the calculated notary fee and the preparation fee will be requested.
WRITING FEE 61.12 LIRA PER PAGE
Notaries will charge a writing fee of 61.12 lira for each page of the original and copies given to the client, as well as for the remaining copy kept in the office. If transactions exempt from fees, stamp duty, and charges are written by the notary in their special laws, a writing fee will be charged. No writing fee will be charged for witness and approval annotations.
TRANSLATION FEE
According to the provision of Article 103 of the Notary Law, a translation fee of 505.81 lira will be requested for each page of documents translated or interpreted by the notary from one language to another or from one document to another. For pages containing 10 or fewer lines of text translated or interpreted from one language to another or from one document to another, half of the amount specified in the first paragraph will be charged.
COMPARISON FEE
The fee for comparing documents written outside and brought to the notary for approval or notification will be 61.12 lira per page.
REGISTRATION FEE
A fixed registration fee of 19.12 lira will be requested for documents that require registration under the law, per transaction.
CUSTODY FEE FOR DEPOSITS
Notaries will charge a fixed annual fee of 141.18 lira for the deposits they will keep. Even if there are multiple deposits written in the minutes, only a single custody fee will be requested.
BOOK APPROVAL FEE
For the approval of the opening of books, a fee of 19.10 lira will be charged for those up to 100 pages, and 7.16 lira for every hundred pages above 100. If the excess of books over 100 pages is up to 50 pages, no fee will be charged; if it is 50 pages or more, a fee of 7.16 lira will be requested. The notification fee for each document that notaries will write in accordance with the notification obligations stipulated in the law will be 19.10 lira.
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE
Notaries and authorized signatories will receive a travel allowance of 242.12 lira per day for each job, in addition to necessary travel expenses, when they leave the office to perform work outside the notary office or to carry documents and books in accordance with the provision of Article 55 of the Notary Law. When notaries and authorized signatories are present at lotteries, draws, elections, and meetings of private and official organizations outside the notary office and prepare minutes, they will receive a travel allowance of 2,218.22 lira per day for each job, in addition to necessary travel expenses.
INTERMEDIARY FEE
In intermediation, the intermediary notary will charge a fixed fee of 13.64 lira for each transaction, in addition to all expenses required by the job. In the processes of inviting the departing spouse to the common residence and issuing a certificate of inheritance, the notary fee and writing fee will be charged according to the relevant provisions of the tariff.
ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS
When notarial transactions are conducted in an electronic environment with a secure electronic signature, fees will be charged according to the provisions of this tariff. In the processes of detecting any data in electronic environments, such as status, image, transaction, or similar, the notary fee and writing fee for the minutes to be prepared will be charged according to the relevant provisions of this Tariff. For the part of the detected data up to 1 MB, a fee of 27.27 TL will be charged, and for each subsequent 1 MB, a fee of 13.64 lira will be charged.
