In the town of Trowbridge, located in the Wiltshire region of England, 43-year-old Damion Ogeare entered a barn containing two Shetland ponies. Ogeare was caught in the act of raping a pony named Cassieopia Wooley. Following the incident, legal proceedings began against the individual who unlawfully entered the farm and raped the pony. HE COULDN'T DEFEND HIMSELFAccording to the British press outlet Daily Mail, the court postponed the hearing to allow the defendant to obtain legal support. During the brief hearing, the defendant did not make an official defense. HEARING POSTPONEDIt was stated that the next hearing would take place on February 27. The defendant, who is being tried without detention, had previously denied the charges of "engaging in sexual intercourse with a live animal" and "unlawfully entering a place with the intent to commit a sexual offense."
