After two months without receiving the document, Osman Aslan put up notices at various points in the bus station with N.A.'s photo, stating, "I am a usurer, I lend money to retirees and municipal employees at 25% interest in exchange for consent, I am a snitch, I am a thief." Those who saw the notice were astonished, while some took photos and shared them on social media.
While those who saw the notice were shocked, Osman Aslan stated that he was a victim of 50,000 lira, saying, "Four months ago, shopkeepers complained about me, and then the municipal police removed my stall. Then one person drank ayran from me and said he liked it very much. He said, 'I will get the permit for you.' He came back three days later and took 50,000 lira, saying, 'I am solving your issue.' However, my document never came. This person scammed me," he expressed.
"THE GUY WAS THE NUMBER ONE USURER"
Stating that he posted the photo of the person who allegedly scammed him at the bus station and that he would disgrace him, Aslan said, "He kept telling me to 'be patient.' I did some research and found out that the guy was the number one usurer. This man has drained the blood of retirees. He scammed me for 50,000 lira. I will never forgive him. In the afterlife, may my two hands be on his neck," he said.

Ferit Özer, who saw the notice while passing by, said, "I saw this notice while passing by and was very surprised. I swallowed my words, couldn't find a word to say. I don't know the content of the issue at all. I was surprised when I read this notice and took a photo of it," he stated.
A citizen named Musa Fırat said, "I don't know the person in this photo. This shouldn't be done to Osman brother. If someone is hungry at the bus station and says 'I have no money,' he will feed them. People have really become heartless," he commented.
