Australian social media phenomenon Truly, known as "Fetisch Barbie," stated that she has spent between £30,000 and £50,000 (approximately $60,000) on aesthetic procedures to date. Despite negative comments, the influencer said she would not give up on aesthetics and expressed that she is "100% addicted" to fillers and Botox.

The influencer, who defines her understanding of aesthetics as "everything should be big," stated that her long and voluminous hair, big lips, and long nails reflect her style. The social media phenomenon, who gets lip fillers every three to four months, said, "I always want to have a fresh and plump appearance."
