Responding to reports published by some media outlets, Aksu stated, "You can find a taxi whenever you want. In Istanbul, there is 90% traffic congestion during morning and evening hours. I use public transportation options like the metro, tram, and minibus."

Bütün ulaşım araçlarını kullanıyorum. Ayrıca İstanbul'da bildiğiniz üzere sabah ve akşam saatlerinde yüzde 90 oranında trafik oluşuyor. Metro tramvay gibi minibüs gibi ulaşım araçlarını kullanıyorum. Bundan dolayı da dün minibüsle seyahat ettim, bazen toplu taşıma araçlarını kullanarak işe gidip geliyorum. İstediğiniz zaman taksi bulabilirsiniz. İstediğiniz an taksi kullanabilirsiniz ben de istediğim an taksiyi kullanıyorum. Bu olayın bunla hiçbir alakası yok, tercihen kullanıyorum" diye konuştu.
