The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office added the preliminary accident report regarding the plane carrying the Libyan military delegation, which crashed on December 23, 2025, to the investigation file. The report stated that the plane requested an emergency landing due to an electrical failure and that its engines were operational at the moment of impact.

The preliminary accident report prepared within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the plane that crashed while carrying the Libyan military delegation has been included in the investigation file. According to the report, the aircraft took off from Esenboğa Airport at 20:17 and made an emergency notification to the air control center at 20:33 due to an electrical failure, requesting an emergency landing. It was recorded that the aircraft, which began to descend for an emergency landing, disappeared from the radar screen at 20:36, and contact with the aircraft could not be established after this time.
