The President of the Turkish Football Federation, İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, answered questions from Candaş Tolga Işık on the program "I Just Spoke" broadcasted on Ekol TV. Hacıosmanoğlu also made striking statements regarding former TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi and his administration.

İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu's statements are as follows;

"This board has various different tasks. There was discomfort within the board. They did unfortunate things by serving things that did not happen in the federation as if they did. We told our friends to resign and leave.

HACIOSMANOĞLU APPOINTING HIS NEPHEW AS SECRETARY GENERAL

A person who has worked in the public sector for nearly 27 years is my nephew. UEFA engages with the secretary general, not the president. I have 12 siblings and nearly 300 nephews. Did I take any of them to TFF? If there is merit, a relative can also be appointed. If our secretary general is competent, he can be our relative. This is not a public institution. You have to work with a trustworthy person to control some tasks."

ALLEGATION OF A FALLING OUT WITH MECNUN OTYAKMAZ

People were confused about how we came together with President Mecnun. We had some minor issues before. Since he did not have co-presidency, we assigned him as the 1st vice president. There is no problem between Mecnun Otyakmaz and us. We are working in harmony, and it will continue that way.

"WE INHERITED A FARM"

We inherited a very nice Federation! This is not just due to Büyükekşi. There is a 20-30 year accumulation here. We inherited a farm. In the Ankara Region, 4 technical staff are working, and there are 30 people in the staff. There are official cars under the regional directorates, and a driver is driving around. Their compensation amounts to 6 million. We want to eliminate the regions. The person we want to remove has accumulated 587 days of annual leave."

"WE WILL FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT"

The financial balance of TFF, which appears to be 5 million lira in surplus, shows a deficit of 272 million TL. This will be corrected with the independent audit report, and then we will file a criminal complaint with the necessary authorities. We will file this complaint on behalf of the disrespect shown to the general assembly members. "4 MILLION EURO HOSPITALITY EXPENSE"

There was a hospitality expense of 4 million euros at EURO 2024. Some friends stayed in luxury hotels for 2-3 days after the championship ended, incurring an extra expense of 70 thousand euros. The championship is over; why are you still staying there? We have a national match in Kayseri in November. We will invite and host club presidents, but we will pay ourselves as the board without reflecting it to TFF. 16 million euros were earned in the European Championship, and 4 million euros were spent on hospitality. If they had distributed that money as bonuses to the players, we could have beaten the Netherlands.

"REQUEST FOR TFF'S SPONSORSHIP MONEY TO BE SENT TO A CLUB"

We have a ball sponsorship with Puma. There is a certain amount for the ball, and they are giving an extra 200 thousand euros. They agree on the amount. They make a 3-year contract and receive 200 thousand euros once. This money is requested to be sent to a club. I cannot do this; they say my contract is with TFF. We are now making an agreement with another brand. In addition to the balls, we will receive 550 thousand euros and will receive it every year for 3 years.
