The punishment for the village headman who raped his lover's daughter after attending swinger parties and the mother has been determined.

The incident that occurred in Konya and emerged months ago was nauseating in all its details. The local muhtar sexually abused the daughter of the woman he lived with and attended swinger parties. The perverted muhtar recorded sexual content photos and videos on his phone, with the help of the mother, Meral A. The Konya 3rd High Criminal Court has issued a ruling regarding the perverted couple who were tried in the case opened against them.

THE INCIDENT CAME TO LIGHT WITH A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE MUHTAR

A criminal complaint was filed with the Konya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Murat Mızırak, the muhtar of a neighborhood in the Selçuklu district, who is married and a father of one daughter, for sexually abusing a girl named S.A. Following this, it was determined in the investigation that S.A.'s parents had divorced, and her mother, Meral A., was living with muhtar Mızırak. Mızırak and Meral A. were detained on February 18. Cyber Crime Unit teams found sexual content photos and videos of S.A. on the confiscated phone of Murat Mızırak during their examination.

S.A. DID NOT FILE A COMPLAINT

During the investigation phase, S.A. stated in her testimony taken at the Child Monitoring Center that she was 17 years old and that Murat Mızırak's abuses had been ongoing intermittently for 3 years. In her statement, S.A. indicated that she did not file a complaint against Murat Mızırak. Meral A., in her statement at that time, said, "I met Murat Mızırak around 2018. We occasionally attended swinger parties. I have no knowledge of the photos taken."

"MOST OF THE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN BY HER MOTHER"

Muhtar Murat Mızırak also confessed in his statement that he had a relationship with S.A., saying, "Most of the photos found on my phone were taken by her mother. It is impossible that she has no knowledge of the photos." Muhtar Mızırak and mother Meral A. were arrested.

NO DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED

In the case opened against them at the Konya 3rd High Criminal Court, the court panel issued its decision regarding S.A.'s mother and her boyfriend, the muhtar, at the 4th hearing. The panel did not apply any discounts and sentenced mother Meral A. and her boyfriend muhtar Murat Mızırak to 30 years for the crime of 'qualified sexual abuse of a child', 9 years and 4 months each for the crime of 'using children in the production of obscene images, writings, or words', and additionally, Mızırak received 7 years and 6 months in prison for the crime of 'obscenity'. Meral A. and Murat Mızırak were acquitted of the crime of 'deprivation of liberty'.
