According to a report by the BBC; representatives from Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Nottingham Forest from the Premier League are said to be discussing raising the number of player substitutions from 5, which started during the pandemic, to 6.
THEY WILL MAKE A PROPOSAL TO IFAB
It was stated that the mentioned clubs will propose a change to the International Football Association Board (IFAB), which determines the rules in football, in order for the change they have expressed to be implemented.
