The heartbreaking news has arrived about the deputy principal and mathematics teacher Sabit Bülbül, who has been missing since Friday in Erzurum. Bülbül's lifeless body was found in the Karasu River.

Relatives have not heard from Sabit Bülbül, who serves as the deputy principal and mathematics teacher at Sıddık Tivnikli Imam Hatip Middle School in the Altunbulak neighborhood of Yakutiye district in Erzurum, since Friday. He is married and a father of two.

The family went to the police to report him missing. The teams that sprang into action determined that Bülbül's mobile phone last sent a signal near the rural Karasu neighborhood of Aşkale district. Following this, the gendarmerie teams intensified their search efforts in that area. The teacher's car was found abandoned in the field. Gendarmerie Search and Rescue (JAK) and AFAD teams conducted search operations in the area where the Karasu River and the HES pond are located. Divers searched for clues about the missing teacher along the 4-kilometer river.

AFAD teams reached the lifeless body of the missing teacher approximately 1.5 kilometers away from where he left his vehicle. The teacher's body was retrieved from the water by JAK and AFAD divers. An investigation has been launched regarding the teacher's mysterious death.
