To maintain a work-life balance for employees, efforts by employers to increase productivity are ongoing worldwide. As a result of these efforts, an important decision has been made in the UK. 200 companies have permanently transitioned to a new system where employees work four days a week.
The campaign launched by the UK-based campaign organization 4 Day Week Foundation has been joined by 200 companies from various sectors across the country.
These companies, which employ more than 5,000 people, have accepted the principle of working four days a week on a permanent basis. It has been reported that the weekly working hours will be organized as 32 hours without any loss of income.
THEY WILL ONLY WORK 4 DAYS A WEEK
