The statement given to the police by Seda Sayan, who is among the victims in the loan shark investigation, has emerged. Sayan, who stated that she knows Ö.B., known as the "loan shark of celebrities," said, "There is no loan sharking between us, and I did not take any loans. I am not a complainant either. The promissory note in question was related to a program we were planning to do."
Four people, including Ö.B., known as the "moneylender of celebrities," were detained as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Financial Crimes Investigation Branch and the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Two victims stated that they borrowed money from Ö.B. and his brother Z.B. in exchange for interest between 2009 and 2014.
SEDA SAYAN TESTIFIED AS A VICTIM
During the searches of residences and workplaces, promissory notes, handwritten notes, and digital materials that could be related to the crime of usury were seized. In this context, it was claimed that the famous artist Seda Sayan was among the victims in the documents found during the search of Ö.B.'s house. While Seda Sayan testified as a victim, the suspects were arrested by the judicial authorities to which they were referred after their procedures at the police station.

Seda Sayan's statement given at the police station has emerged. Sayan, who stated that she was not a complainant, said, "I know him (Ö.B.), but there is no usury between us, and I did not borrow money. I am not a complainant either. The documents seized are not related to usury. The promissory note in question was related to a program we planned to do. The program was also canceled and not published," she stated.
