DOUBLE THREAT IS AT THE DOOR

The rise in temperatures poses a significant health risk, especially for the elderly, children, and individuals with chronic illnesses. Extreme heat can lead to many issues such as heat stroke, fatigue, dizziness, and fluid loss. Experts emphasize that it is necessary to avoid going outside during the hottest hours of the day, which are between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, to rest in the shade, and to consume plenty of fluids.

On the other hand, rising temperatures also increase the risk of forest fires. Authorities warn against lighting fires in forested areas, throwing cigarette butts into the environment, and engaging in any activities that could create sparks.
