A tenant in Yalova severely injured his landlord by cutting off his genitals when the landlord sent bailiffs to evict him. The tenant was arrested after the incident.

ATTEMPTED TO PUT THE LANDLORD'S GENITALS IN HIS MOUTH

According to the information received, Adnan S. (50), who resides in Dere Mahallesi, got into an argument with his landlord K.A. (69) who sent bailiffs to his house for eviction. The argument turned into a fight and the tenant, Adnan S., first punched the landlord K.A. and then cut off his genitals with a knife. The enraged tenant then attempted to put the severed genitals in the elderly man's mouth.

ARRESTED

After the incident, Adnan S. left the scene while K.A. was lying on the ground and later turned himself in to the police. The landlord K.A., whose genitals were cut off by his tenant, was taken to Yalova Education and Research Hospital for surgery by the 112 Emergency Service teams who arrived at the scene. The suspect, after the necessary procedures at the police station, was referred to the courthouse and was arrested and sent to prison by the court.

HIS STATEMENT WAS REVEALED

In his statement to the police, Adnan S. said the following: "K.A. is my landlord. I live on the ground floor, and K.A. lives on the two floors above me. K.A. applied for eviction before and our eviction was finalized. After it was finalized, we talked about the rent issue, and he said he wouldn't enforce the eviction, he would cancel it. I have been living here without any problems for over a year. Today, my wife called me and said, 'Bailiffs came. They are going to evict us.' When I went home, the bailiffs had already left. While I was at home, my wife broke the TV cable, and I was fixing it with a knife that had a red and black handle for repairs. Since my house is on the ground floor and has a view of the garden, I saw my landlord K.A. working in the garden. I went to the entrance of my residence, and he came over to me.

HE DESCRIBED HIS ATROCITY CALMLY

I said to K., 'We had already agreed, where did this eviction come from?' K. said to me, 'This is how I f*** the guy's mother.' Upon this insult, I suddenly punched K. once. K.A. grabbed my collar. I pushed him away with my free hand and pulled down and forward his loose pants a bit with my other hand. I cut his clothes from the belt area downwards with the red and black knife in my hand. Then I held his genitals with my free hand. I intentionally did not come to K. with this knife. I had forgotten it in my hand because I was working. I did not plan such an incident, it happened suddenly when he insulted me. I do not remember exactly what I did with that piece of his genitals. But I know that I wanted to put it in his mouth. Since his mouth was closed, I couldn't do such a thing. When K.A. fell to the ground, I said, 'It's better to have the guy's d*** in his mouth than in his place.' As soon as the incident was over, I left K. there and immediately went to the police station and turned myself in with the knife in my hand. The incident happened like this, I do not accept any other accusations."
