In a statement from the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs, it was stated: "All 11 crew members, including 3 Turks, on the Turkish-owned ship HAPPY ARAS, which ran aground and took on water south of the Kerch Strait while drifting in the Black Sea, have safely left the ship under the coordination of AAKKM.
