A car driver in Maltepe lost control of the steering wheel and crashed into a shop while trying to turn from the street. Four people sitting in the shop were injured in the accident. The four people trapped between the car and the wall miraculously survived death. The moments were captured on the security camera of the workplace.

The accident occurred on Saturday around 13:00 in Küçükyalı Mahallesi, Çamoluk Sokak. The driver named Hülya Yeni lost control of the car while turning from the street. The car, unable to slow down during the accident, crashed into the shop.

TRAPPED BETWEEN THE CAR AND THE WALL

At that moment, two of the four people sitting in the shop were trapped between the car and the wall. The other two people fell to the ground due to the impact of the crash. The tilted car luckily did not overturn at that moment. Otherwise, it was not even imaginable for the injured people lying on the ground to not be crushed under the weight of the car.

While the people around rushed to help the injured, the shop that the car hit suffered damage. Health teams, who arrived at the scene, took the injured to the hospital for treatment, while the police took security measures in the area.

Çamoluk Sokak, which was closed to traffic for a while, was reopened to traffic after the car was removed from the road with a tow truck. An investigation has been launched regarding the accident.
