"I STARTED IN THE SECTOR 17 YEARS AGO"

Solmaz, who explained that she started this job 17 years ago, said, "I started in the wedding dress sector 17 years ago. I was a housewife and had three children. When my youngest child started kindergarten, I thought, 'What can I do, how can I establish a business for myself, how can I prove myself, and how can I support my family?' and I embarked on this path. I opened a small shop on a street close to my home. I opened my shop with five wedding dresses and two kaftans. Later, my business flourished, and I developed my skills. I set up my workshop, expanded my shop, and later grew my store," she said.

"I CAN BE THE DREAM OF OUR GIRLS"

Stating that she provides employment for housewives while realizing her own dreams, Solmaz said, "My family did not educate me. I couldn't think of doing another profession. I was constantly in search. I liked the wedding dress sector and said, 'I can do this job, I can be the dream of all our girls.' We have 15 people working in our store. We have 30 employees in our workshop. I continue production with my team," she said.

"I ENJOY IT MORE AS I PRODUCE"

Expressing her love for her profession, Solmaz said, "I had no employees or friends at first. I did my first stitching and washing myself, and I also did the ironing. Then, I gradually hired a friend. After that, I grew my business a little more and hired two friends. As I continued to grow my business, I have been trying to reach somewhere for 17 years by working hard. Even though I am a boss, I work? Because I love working, I don't like to be idle, and I love producing. I enjoy it more as I produce. I strive to advance my business and provide a better future for my children. I work to be beneficial to my team members, to touch their lives, and to be of help to their families. I provide all kinds of support to my employees who want to establish their own businesses. I have helped our girls by supporting them both financially and morally, and they have opened beautiful hair studios. They are progressing beautifully. As long as everyone wants to open a business, I want to stand by them in every way," she expressed.
