A 26-year-old Syrian national, Mohammed El Zaid, was killed at the scene after being trapped under a forklift at a plastic mold manufacturing factory in Konya. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
In Konya, a Syrian national named Muhammed El Zaid (26) lost his life after being trapped under a forklift at the plastic mold manufacturing factory where he worked. The incident occurred around 10:30 in the Organized Industrial Zone located on Kuddusi Street in the Büyükkayacık neighborhood of the central Selçuklu district. Muhammed El Zaid was trapped under the forklift for an undetermined reason while he was working.
AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED REGARDING THE INCIDENT
Upon noticing the situation, other employees alerted the authorities, and health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams determined that El Zaid had died. The lifeless body of Muhammed El Zaid was taken to the Konya Forensic Medicine Institution for an autopsy.
The investigation regarding the incident is ongoing.
