A large fight broke out in the middle of the street between two rival groups in Karabük. Many people intervened to separate the groups, who were attacking each other with kicks and punches, and during the prolonged struggle, one police officer was injured. After the fight, two suspects armed with a sickle and a wrench attempted to attack the individuals who had been taken into custody at the police station.
When two groups with a previous feud encountered each other on the street in Karabük, they attacked each other with kicks and punches. In the incident, where 3 people were detained, 1 police officer who tried to intervene in the fight was injured.
The incident occurred around 5:45 PM on Kemal Güneş Street in the Bayır neighborhood. According to allegations, when 5 people who had a previous feud encountered each other on the street, a dispute broke out. After the argument, the two groups attacked each other with kicks and punches. Police teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification.
POLICE OFFICER INJURED
While police teams were separating the two fighting groups, Y.G. (23), A.G. (19), and M.E.B. (24) were detained in connection with the incident. One police officer was injured during the intervention in the fight. A firearm and ammunition were seized from one of the suspects involved in the brawl.
ENTERED THE POLICE STATION WITH A SICKLE
After the incident, M.M. (24) and Y.C.K. (22) came to the police station with a sickle and a wrench, attempting to attack the detained suspects. Police teams intervened against those attacking the suspects. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
