A family living in Hasköy district of Muş is experiencing fearful days due to snakes frequently seen in their home. The family says they cannot sleep at night because of the snakes, which are claimed to sometimes enter through the toilet drain and sometimes through the door. While some of the snakes are said to be 3 meters long, neighborhood residents are also waiting for a solution from the authorities.
A family living in the Bahçelievler neighborhood of Muş's Hasköy district is experiencing great fear due to snakes frequently appearing in their home.
SNAKES ENTER EITHER THROUGH THE TOILET DRAIN OR THE DOOR
According to the family's claim, snakes sometimes enter through the toilet drain and sometimes directly through the door when it is left open. The residents, stating they have been struggling with snakes for a long time, said that on some days they have removed two snakes from inside the house. The family, expressing they feel uneasy especially since there are children in the house, mentioned they cannot sleep comfortably at night.
SOME REACH UP TO 3 METERS IN LENGTH
Citizens stated that many snakes are seen in the gaps and cracks in the foundation of the house, and claimed that some snakes are approximately 3 meters long. Family members said they have to be careful when going out and entering the house due to snakes frequently appearing in the vicinity of the house and along the walls.
THEY ARE WAITING FOR HELP FROM AUTHORITIES
Neighborhood residents also noted an increase in the number of snakes in the area recently and requested that authorities conduct an investigation and take necessary precautions. The family living in the house where snakes are seen stated they are waiting for support to end their fear.
