With the resignation of Future Party Ankara Deputy Nedim Yamalı, negotiations have begun to re-establish the Future-Saadet group. The commission consisting of the Future, Saadet, and DEVA parties has reached the final stage in the work regarding the establishment of a roof party.
LEADERS AGREED
In the final stage of the work, Saadet Party Chairman Mahmut Arıkan, Future Party Chairman Ahmet Davutoğlu, and DEVA Party Chairman Ali Babacan met this evening. The meeting concluded with a consensus on the work related to the joint group structure.
NAME AND DATE CONFIRMED
During the meeting, the Chairpersons decided that the name of the legal entity to be established for the joint group, based on the proposal of the joint commission formed between the parties, would be "New Path." Additionally, the names to be included in the founding board, as well as the program and draft statute, were approved by the leaders.
The legal process related to the establishment is announced to be initiated on Friday, January 10.
